How to Become a Referral Partner
Getting started is straightforward. Follow the steps below to apply and complete onboarding.
Step 1: Review the Referral Partner Agreement
Download and review the complete agreement, including compensation terms, partner responsibilities, eligibility requirements, and program conditions.
Step 2: Complete the Application
Download the Money Moves Logistics Referral Partner Application and complete all required sections.
Step 3: Confirm and Submit
Confirm your acceptance of the Referral Partner Agreement within the application, sign where required, and email your completed application to:

Please allow up to five business days for acknowledgment of receipt. Money Moves Logistics will review your application and notify you of its decision or any additional information needed.
Step 4: Complete Onboarding
Once approved, you will receive instructions for submitting your government-issued photo ID and completed IRS Form W-9, or applicable W-8 documentation for non-U.S. persons. These documents must be verified before you can submit referrals or receive compensation. Follow the secure submission instructions provided by Money Moves Logistics.
Step 5: Start Referring Qualified Businesses
After approval and completion of onboarding, you can begin submitting referrals using the designated Referral Intake Form. Referrals must meet program requirements and have the prospective customer's consent to share their contact information.

How It Works
Earn rewards for qualified business referrals.
$100 First Shipment Reward: Earn a flat $100 reward when an accepted referral completes its first shipment and the customer invoice is paid in full, subject to program requirements.
10% Commission on Future Shipments: Earn 10% of the qualifying Collected Brokerage Gross Profit on subsequent eligible shipments from the same referred customer during the applicable commission period.
Monthly Payments: Eligible rewards and commissions are calculated monthly and paid according to the Referral Partner Agreement.
All rewards are subject to eligibility requirements, written referral acceptance, applicable time limits, and the terms of the Referral Partner Agreement.
